Fees:
Unless otherwise stated,

Ear examination for both ears: £50

Ear examination for one ear: £30

Examination only: £20

Private prescriptions, if needed, will not require any further payment.We require pre-payment to secure your appointment.

Booking Charges:

For a booking involving examination of one ear, any additional cost will be charged to the card on file before treatment. If a booking for one or both ears is made but no ear wax removal is necessary, a refund will be made to excluding the £20 examination fee.

Cancellation and Amendment:

All cancellations must be at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If you cancel your Appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you'll receive a full refund in accordance with the specified fees.

Cancellation made less than 24 hours before an appointment or failure to attend the appointment results in no refund.

Amendments to appointment times must be made more than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Appointment times changed within 6 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a £20 service charge.

To provide the best possible service to all our patients, we ask you to contact us if you are running late so we can make all necessary arrangements to ensure you are seen. We may need to ask you to wait to be seen at the end of the clinic or the next available time slot if you are running late, or reschedule the appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without our prior agreement, we may deem you to have failed to attend.

Appointments booked during a promotional period which are rescheduled, or cancelled and subsequently rebooked, will not be eligible for any promotional rate if the promotion has since closed.

If Clear Ear Studio cancels your appointment within less than 24 hours' notice, we will endeavor to rearrange the Appointment within 2 hours of the original appointment time. If this isn't feasible, a full refund will be provided or an alternative appointment time.

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled appointments will only be made to the card originally used to make the original booking. Once processed, refunds can take up to 5-10 days to appear on your card statement.

We cannot refund any treatments once they have been performed. Refunds are not eligible for services that were completed.
